    Description

    Full flow swivels. All-position positive locking system. Robust, impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant and UV-stabilized polypropylene with antistatic and flame-retardant properties. Unique ratchet tensioning system. The wall-mounting system allows the reel to swivel from side to side. Unique locking pin port for added security when servicing the reel. Ventilated housing design allows the reel to be hygienically cleaned as required and provides adequate air circulation. Designed specifically for use in food processing facilities that require hot water washing.

    Durable quality EPDM rubber hose with excellent abrasion resistance, ideal for general industrial and agricultural use.

    Warranty

    R1: 1 Year Repair

    The repair warranty (R) means that the product or parts of the product will be repaired or refurbished. The warranty covers any manufacturing or material defect. The warranty does not cover installation and/or removal costs incurred by the customer nor shipping costs.

    Failure to comply with the technical specifications, failure to follow the guidelines in the installation guide and/or the technical sheet, inappropriate or excessive tightening, misuse and/or abuse, failure to comply with the maintenance guidelines, normal wear, contamination and/or corrosion, neglect/accident, unauthorized repair attempt and/or disassembly, alteration of the product, assembly with incompatible products.

    If the product contains one or several parts with a 1-month limited warranty (GL), these parts will be excluded from the 1-year warranty (R1).

    If the hose reel is assembled with an S70 ECOFLEX, S70 FLEXHYBRID, S71 AIRFLEX PREMIUM, or S72 THERMOFLEX air hose, these hoses have a 3-month replacement warranty (G03). If the hose reel is assembled with an S75 SUPERFLEX or S77 TOPFLEX air hose, these hoses have a 1-year replacement warranty (G1).
