• With Venturi nozzle
• With 60 cm (24") tube
• Maximum Output Thrust: 2.8 lbf
• Noise Level: 108 dB
• Air Consumption: 54 SCFM
• Maximum Working Pressure: 120 PSI
• Working Temperature: -40 to 65 °C
• Connection: 1/4 (F) NPT
Material(s):
• Body: Cast Aluminum
• Nozzle: Aluminum alloy, brass or stainless steel
• Tube: Durable cast Aluminum or stainless steel
• Valve: Brass
• Springs: Stainless steel
• Seals: Nitrile rubber
• Designed to move a large volume of debris through the venturi nozzle increasing the available air thrust by 40 % compared to conventional blow guns
• Should the tip of the nozzle be blocked, the entire airflow will be diverted through the side openings so the static pressure remains under 30 PSI (meets OSHA standards)
• Long tubes for hard-to-reach areas
• Magnetic hook option for easy storage
HOW IT WORKS: VENTURI NOZZLE
Airflow speeds up as it passes through the nozzle, drawing in ambient air through two side ports. The increased velocity and increased volume of air exiting the nozzle amplify thrust
Should the tip of the nozzle be blocked, the entire airflow will be diverted through the slots so the static pressure remains under 30 PSI (meets OSHA standards)
TECH TIP
High flow couplers and plugs are recommended to insure optimum performance (see Series 31)
• Users should never use blow guns to clean themselves
• A vacuum or a safety cleaning unit should be used instead
• For the cleaning of equipment requiring a powerful air jet: paper mills, textile and wood industries, metal cutting, foundries and heavy equipments
