Sales Supervisor/Coach

The Sales Supervisor/Coach must coach, develop and manage the sales team effectively, working in collaboration with the National Sales Director. He must ensure effective management of the time and territories of the team in place. He develops his team by investing his time with them on the road doing client visits. He is responsible for maximizing, through his team, the commercial potential of existing and potential clients of the company.


  • Full time
  • 39.5 hours per week

Specific responsabilities

  • Maintain a direct relationship with the customers and regularly accompanies each of his sales representatives during customer visits
  • Mobilize his team based on Topring goals and priorities
  • Daily coach his sales representatives before client meetings to give them a proper alignment and discusses after customer meetings to guide the right behaviors / sales strategy
  • Conduct sales meetings with his team to follow the opportunities and plan actions
  • Build a strong team and fill all positions in its sales force structure
  • Reports to the National Sales Director the progress and performance of the external sales team

Studies and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of experience managing a sales team
  • Experience / technical training
  • Knowledge of the industrial environment
  • Knowledge of industrial distribution
  • Experience with compressed air and pneumatic tools

Knowledge and skills

  • Passionate about sales and coaching
  • Leader able to mobilize his team towards achieving the objectives
  • Has a strategic vision of business development with distributors in the industrial sector
  • Has excellent communication skills to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships
  • Organized, good management of priorities
  • Knowledge of Information Technologies (CRM)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Bilingual (French and English)
